What is the cancellation policy?
Standard and executive cars, 5-to-8 passenger minivans, child-friendly, pet-friendly and wheelchair-adapted transfers have free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. A 16-seat minibus requires 3 working days’ notice, while 32-to-50 seat coaches require 7 working days. Send the booking reference and cancellation request to support and keep the confirmation.
How long is GIG to Copacabana or Ipanema?
A Galeão (GIG) transfer to the South Zone usually needs around 45–60 minutes as a planning estimate. Busy periods, Carnival, New Year and road disruption can extend the drive to 75–90 minutes or more. Allow extra time for Ipanema or Leblon and follow your airline’s check-in requirements for the return journey.
